  TIMOTHY P. WALKER
  Cap'n Shady

In 1996, Hunter S. Thompson said that Tim would be in jail by the year 2000 for his crimes against humanity -- so far, everything has gone according to schedule...except for that jail part. After a successful run as a professional Boy Scout, in 1995 Tim moved to Hollywood and fought his way through the trenches and up the ladder, eventually landing a cushy job as a manager of creative affairs for a lackluster children's entertainment company.   In 2000 Tim abandoned any hopes of a real career and dedicated his life to writing for, performing in and producing The Ministry. In 2006, Tim will abandon The Ministry to announce his candidacy for the Constable of Funkytown.
